Employee Newsletter Prototype

This client had more than 125 employees who reported to the divisional implementation manager. These employees were divided into regions and many of them actually worked on a day-to-day basis at diverse customer locations. For this reason, regular communication within the group was difficult to maintain.

Below is a prototype of an electronic newsletter to improve communications among employees within the regions. The newsletter design provides a personal message from the divisional manager, as well as news from each of the regions.

Although this design was developed in Macromedia Authorware, a web version could be developed to accomplish the desired result just as effectively.
